Apparently they don't understand how these things are supposed to work.When you get a glow in the dark silicone like this, they aren't chemicals like in glowsticks, where they just work really well and then wear out. You have to expose these things to light and they will absorb it. First night I left them under a lamp because it was raining and they glowed just fine, but they do not glow out of the box.Day 2: Left them outside in the sun on top of my car for 1 hour. They now glow even in dim light and look awesome. Just expose these things to light guys, stop giving terrible reviews when you can't be bothered to understand the basic concept of how this works.Cons: They really should post this info in the description for those who do not know.
