I've found the sizing accurate and my daughter was just in the low end of one size so she has plenty of room to grow. My mom got her the same suit last year in a different color but it's faded now and did stretch out a bit. Would probably fit great now actually! I completely disagree that this is cheaply made. I haven't seen any loose threads at all this whole summer. It's used on average 4 days a week. Every single time we go swimming it's worn.
