I have been so pleased with the Amika Supernova Violet Moisture and Shine Cream that when I had almost finished the first tube I purchased the product again. My hair is short, wavy, thick and color-treated. It tends to be dry. I find that the Supernova Cream is wonderfully moisturizing for my hair without weighing it down, at all. The cream is so pleasant to use, good texture (definitely creamy, not oily) and the scent is really nice. Delicate, and not a "cheap" smell. I use my fingers to run the product throughout my hair, with a focus on the ends. It makes an excellent heat protectant and truly does leave a glossy shine. The only thing the product definitely does not do is tone blonde. The pigment is a very pale lavender, not nearly dense enough to tone blonde. Kathy (me), used this and was not at all impressed.
