That fractoacceleration occurs within the cracks to amplify the energy to heights greater than the coulomb barrier. The Nickel metal hydride battery (wiki) uses hydrided metal to form cracks where hydrogen bubbles rise within them. The Kühne effect occurs when a charged hydrogen bubble generates a strong static charge within the crack and that electric field further accelerates other bubbles to high energies. This is a good comparison. The book describes the Abnormal Glow Discharge effect by Correa using a Hollow Cathode. He picked up excess energy prior to arcing. I recommend his DVD. He talks about Ken Shoulders method of generating charge clusters; us patent 5,018,180 and 6,140,752. Ken Shoulders also created a Hollow Cathode to create the Charge Clusters. Charge clusters are a torroidal form of energy storage (cold energy?) that is not consistant with the Pauli exclusion principle. It questionable that charge clusters are formed by Sweet. The problem is that parallel cracks will steal charge and destroy the effect. A stream would steal charge. Upon replication, one would not be able to control favorable charge conditions and results would be haphazard at best. Pulsed directional current would be needed.
