Nice touch that the utensils were not just tossed loosely in a bag but well stacked for ease of removing. Plates came in their own neat box and bagged. All utensils and plates are sturdy plastic and have a quality appearance and finish. Plates have upscale look with open lace rim design. While one can buy less expensive items for picnics and kids birthday parties, the quality and fancy appearance of this set for 50 gives it true value for more formal events such as weddings, anniversaries, etc. Use where one would like a more festive look. We will be setting the table with this package this summer at a family reunion/50th wedding anniversary party being held in a church meeting hall.
