Same colors, zipper placements, lining, etc. Different logo and other minor things. Purchased this one and couldn't be more pleased. Waterproof, warm and just fits. The only irritant was the main zipper was sticky but rubbing a candle along it seemed to fix it. Great coat. Highly recommended.
