That means you can't do your whole yard all at once because you'll just drive them crazy and they're going to run around nuts ripping up the whole place. Instead, you're supposed to start on one side. I generally recommend starting near concrete or pavement and pushing them back away from that area. You need to water it down into the lawn surface. Applications do not work. It has to seep down. Once you 've done 20-ft sections at a time and push them all the way back, you can just do a perimeter line a few feet wide to keep them from returning. I've tried traps but had no luck. Figured I'd give Molemax a try and so far so good. I've driven them out of my watermelon bed and towards the forest on the other side of my property and soon they should have retreated into the forest, I hope.
