It does not. Too tight. Hard work to pull it over and under. Need to buy the Samsonite XL cover with the cube design. Probably as much as a Tshirt. That's why I love this Samsonite luggage protector. The lightest I could find that is very strong nylon. I bought a LARGE and it's a very tight fit over my 62" softside Samsonite. I like that it is and then wrap it with several layers of mailing tape. So are nobody has opened my bags at any airport.
