I'm on a liquid diet due to a broken jaw. This stuff is my new secret weapon for adding quick and easy flavor to cream-style soups, which tend to be a little bland. The powder stirs in easily without adding any bits and pieces to get stuck in the wires. It doesn't take much, either, so it should last a long time.
