My model has two covers with a center rotating piece. I can't seem to pry open the cover to expose the outlet.** A: I believe you take a screwdriver and turn the center piece so that he locking plug covers will open. The receptacle can be adjusted up and down but even adjusted all the way up, it is still a good quarter inch below the surface of the face-plate.
