The cross-flange on the bottom and top components was too wide to allow the side panels to seat all the way in. This prevented the screws from being inserted.I had to make 8 cuts with a bandsaw to notch out enough room to allow everything to mesh properly (see photos).Aside from this, I love the rack! It’s well-built and nice looking. I wish the manufacturer supplied front and rear doors as an option, but that’s not a deal breaker.I recommend this product. I decided to keep the 12U version after Amazon did good for me. This rack is being used for my home network (patch panel and UniFi gear for now). The rack is quite sturdy and heavy duty. I went with the SRK PRO over the regular SRK for the extra depth. Installation was pretty quick and easy with an electric screw driver. Comes with screws for mounting equipment so no need to buy those separate. While this is technically an AV rack, it does well housing my network equipment. The rack did not arrive damaged by UPS like some reviews mention for Samson racks.
