I wasn’t sure it was going to be ok for iron on letters, but I did a bunch of testing on similar fabric I got from Walmart. My suggestion for using this and ironing on stuff is start on a low setting and work your was up. I used parchment paper and fallowed directions on iron on patches from Walmart it came out great ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Quality, Great for Custom Embroidery *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 15, 2021* This stole is great. I had to ship it stole directly from Amazon to an embroidery business to meet a deadline. I was somewhat hesitant not being sure of the quality and colors. There were a few reviews but none with overly detailed photos of the product. Do not hesitate. The colors are spot on and the quality is exactly what you expect for a traditional graduation stole. It embroidered exceptionally well. I had quite a few details added and a concern with this kind of material is how well it will do with being embroidered and if it will look permanently wrinkled/rippled. It looked great. The stole of course comes pretty wrinkled due to shipping and packing. The close up photos are before being steamed. The full shot is how great it looked after using a hand held steamer. I'm sure you could get it professionally pressed at a dry cleaner's as well.
