A picture is worth a thousand words, so I'm attaching the results. They tasted delicious and were soft and chocolatey. I added chocolate chips by Cadbury for the extra chocolatey taste. Requires oil and water to make, and chocolate chips if you have them. Eggless and easy enough for kids to make too. Fill each muffin cup a little more than halfway, because they rise quite a bit. Bake at the given temperature (170 degrees) until firm and fluffed up. Check with a toothpick when they look done. They taste best when eaten fresh, but if you store them, you can keep them for 3-4 days at room temperature or freeze them for upto 3 months. At room temperature, they taste incredible when you pop them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds; longer if you've frozen them (but let's be honest, who would get that far?! You'd definitely gobble them up long before they can make it to a freezer)! Can't wait to make more of these! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just plain *by S***Y on 21 January 2023* The media could not be loaded. Ideally plum cakes(mix) are supposed to have some dry fruits but this one was just plain, disappointed due to this. Though the cake itself came out very tasty, it was incomplete because of the missing important stuff which felt like a con cos nothing was even mentioned.
