Review: A welcome addition to the home office - Wow! I should have bought one of these years ago. The product is well made, light and easy to position. The legs clip into place securely and fold away neatly for easy storage. But the best thing is the difference that is making to my posture and desk layout. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does the board require assembly?  Amazon asked if I wanted to spend $91 for a professional to assemble it for me.  That seemed ridiculous....**
A: No assembly required.  Not sure were the Amazon request for assembly came from. Very curious!

**Q: Does the book catch get in the way of their writing? Do you need to move the paper over? Is it there to keep the wrists from resting on the board?**
A: Yes, it can be in the way, BUT it's attached by Velcro and so you can take it off and put it at the top of the board.  We move ours back and forth all the time depending on the activity.  It's nice having the option of having it at the bottom.

**Q: Are these easy to travel with? We take a lot of road trips, and I am looking for something my kids can draw on in the car.**
A: This is a perfect board for kids to draw on or to hold a book up for reading. The legs fold up and stay out of the way when not needed. The legs have a coating and rubber at the ends that keeps from getting scratched or cut. The Slant Board also packs flat so you can stow it away easily

**Q: What are the dimensions?**
A: The Board measures 12 x 18".  When the legs are folded it is about 1 1/2" high.  It weighs 1 1/2 Lbs.

Wow! I should have bought one of these years ago. The product is well made, light and easy to position. The legs clip into place securely and fold away neatly for easy storage. But the best thing is the difference that is making to my posture and desk layout. Like many at the moment, I'm working from home more than usual, and it can be difficult to organise my workspace. Using this slant board means that I am able to have the documents that I need in front of me at an appropriate angle. It is reducing eyestrain and is a real boost to productivity. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not quite worth the price tag.

I bought this board to have something I could lean on whilst drawing, something light enough that it could sit on my knees. The clips hold the paper tight and it will take a full A3 sheet although the very edges of the paper go over the rivets. The board is magnetic which is incredibly useful, and the whiteboard capability comes in handy too. I've dropped a star off because this could have been so much better. What's with all the velcro? It catches on clothing and picks up dust and fluff. Thankfully I had velcro loop strips I could use to cover it. I know the pencil ledge attaches with the velcro, but it's a magnetic board, a couple of strong magnets embedded in the plastic would make it possible to position it anywhere on the board. Two extra feet would be good to allow the board to sit completely flat and with the addition of a third leg, would allow the board to be used in portrait or landscape mode. If there was four legs and four feet, it would could be used rotated in any direction. It works well as a writing slope, but there are far cheaper ones out there. At the moment I don't feel it is worth the price tag. However, with the adjustments I mentioned, it would make it far more versatile and well worth buying.
