One of these glasses was shattered and she sent them back to amazon. I then had to reorder 2 more of these glasses separately at an extra cost of £4.99 as it was 51p under £20! I was disappointed with this as it was not my fault that the parcel was damaged and a replacement option was not possible. The glasses were also not marked in anyway as fragile or made of glass, which may have helped in transport! It all worked out in the end and my mum loved them both.
