**Q: Does the light operate on ac or dc current?**
A: My underwater lights operate on 12 Volts DC (that would be dc current)

**Q: if the glass breaks, does anyone know where to buy a replacement?**
A: Just want to make sure you actually purchased it from us. There are few people who contacted us - we later found out the lights looked like ours but lenses were different size from a different manufacturer. 

We don’t have replacements at this time.

**Q: What is the wire distance between lights?**
A: Each light has 21 ft of wire. You can also extend using any 12 gauge landscape lighting wire (use silicone connectors to protect the connections)

**Q: I have a crystal fountains 12v underwater transformer.  will the cable size match up with that transformer to make the connection watertight?**
A: Underwater connections always an issue...there kits u can obtain that mix silicone or 2part epoxy..

This underwater lamp is very well constructed. Made from heavy, precision machined brass. The lens is a thick, tempered glass. I have been using these in my pond for over 5 years - no corrosion, no leaks, no problems. I live in Virginia and leave them in the water year-round, too!

This is best underwater spotlight i've purchased. Before this I used the plastic lights which inevitably leak.This unit made of high quality materials (solid brass) and looks great. It is bright and i've had for a month and no issues. I bought a second one for my other fountain. It comes with led bulb and waterproof connector nuts which makes this a good value. Only concern I have is I read in another view company will only provide replacement gasket only if you purchased from them directly. Crossing fingers that this light lasts a few years as changing lights in a fountain is not a pleasant project I want to repeat.
