This means once the weights are in, they are secure and not moving around. Fabric is rather on the thin side considering the weight of 10kg, so it's best to treat it like a fragile baby. I can see why some people report damaged fabric after day 3. I doubt this will last long, so I will use with care. Other than that, it's what's described. Happy with the purchase.

**Q: Is the 20lb and 50lb  the same vest, just with more or less weight...or are the designs different?**
A: Hi, actually 2 separate vests.. but if you buy the 50 lbs vest for sure you can remove weights down to 20, ..but if you buy the 20 vest, you won't be able to add weights up to 50..

**Q: So would the 80 pound best get in the way or bother if you’re running?**
A: It flops around if your a skinny build. I used the 75lbs best to train for firefighting. You can run in it but it hurts the back after a mile with it bouncing around. I’m 6’ 160lbs and wear a hoodie under it

**Q: Do you need to buy weights or are they already there?**
A: The weights are included.

**Q: Do the weights come with this vest?**
A: I ordered the 80lb vest.  weights included

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Quality Weighted Vest but Pocket Design Needs Improvement

Product Review Weighted Vest The weighted vest is overall good quality and feels solid and durable when worn. The material has a premium texture and the weight distribution feels natural across the body which makes workouts more intense and effective. It definitely adds a challenge and feels heavy in a satisfying way without restricting movement too much. However the pockets designed to hold the weight blocks are quite slim and can be frustrating to use. It takes some effort to slide the weights in properly and during workouts the shoulder weights have a tendency to slip out which can be annoying and interrupt the session. A tighter or more secure pocket design would make a big improvement. Verdict A well made and comfortable weighted vest that feels great for training but the pocket design could use some refinement to prevent slipping especially around the shoulders.
