Review: Very effective PIR, great colour, good sensor, recommended! - We weirdly love these lightbulbs. I bought them because I was sick of people leaving the landing light on and keeping me awake because the light comes under the door. I wasn’t entirely sure this would work but it is a huge improvement. We now just leave the light switch on all the time and the thing that I think we all particularly like about this PIR set up is that it sort of gradually fades on. It’s hard to describe but it’s very soothing. It’s also very functional. It seems to be able to detect us as we are coming up the stairs perfectly. There’s been no issues with a lack of light and there have been no issues with the lightbulb being left on. Also worth noting that it is indeed warm white and as far as I’m concerned, the perfect luminescence. Lights the landing up without being operating theatre bright or too harsh a white. A family member suggested that we actually replace all the lightbulbs in the house with these – but they are particularly bad at turning the lights off! :-) Nevertheless, I’m glad that this is a 2 pack because I will be deploying the other lightbulb somewhere else where the light gets left on!

We weirdly love these lightbulbs. I bought them because I was sick of people leaving the landing light on and keeping me awake because the light comes under the door. I wasn’t entirely sure this would work but it is a huge improvement. We now just leave the light switch on all the time and the thing that I think we all particularly like about this PIR set up is that it sort of gradually fades on. It’s hard to describe but it’s very soothing. It’s also very functional. It seems to be able to detect us as we are coming up the stairs perfectly. There’s been no issues with a lack of light and there have been no issues with the lightbulb being left on. Also worth noting that it is indeed warm white and as far as I’m concerned, the perfect luminescence. Lights the landing up without being operating theatre bright or too harsh a white. A family member suggested that we actually replace all the lightbulbs in the house with these – but they are particularly bad at turning the lights off! :-) Nevertheless, I’m glad that this is a 2 pack because I will be deploying the other lightbulb somewhere else where the light gets left on!

We needed a bulb that solved all our problems (teen and husband dosnt like the light on, on the landing/ I prefer a light for toilet trips). It took us 20 mins to figure out how to set it up turned out it was too bright for it to come on / once we shut all doors it came on. It works perfectly, its easy, comes on as soon as I get to my bedroom door then gos off after 60seconds saving energy and money. It stays off in the day also. The only reason for a 4star rating is because I think it maybe too bright for the landing (maybe I bought the wrong type 🤷🏻‍♀️). Its value for money as you get 2 in the pack so we have a spare bulb. I would buy again and recommend to others.
