After reading reviews that said the small was too short, I decided to buy the "teen" one for our homeschool space. It's a great size for my 9 year old, but a bit big for my 6 year old (see video). He can still use it fine when sitting at my desk with me since it puts him at the right height for the surface and he can put his feet on my desk to stabilize himself. I would imagine the shorter would make it so he couldn't work at my desk comfortably.The wobble is more pronounced than I expected, but I'm not mad about it.
