If you know nothing about drums and want to get a complete set for your grandchild or son/daughter, this is the one to get. When tuned properly, it sounds every bit as good as the entry-level adult drum sets from Pearl and Tama. Just make sure to get the bottom skins nice and tight so you can tune the top skins to your liking. The hi hats and crash cymbal sound surprising decent as well.
