All of the claims on the package are true. I have skinny weak wrists that become exhausted when I put force into house work. The overall light weight and option to allow easy pivot of the mop head makes every phase of floor cleaning easy. I appreciate that I can shorten the handle so I can more easily apply higher angle force during wet mopping. In length adjustment, the twist-tightening and -untightening of the pole is easy and it does not loosen during work. A couple times, the head loosened from the pole due to poor tightening on my part. Once the head is properly tightened to the pole, the problem does not return. The tool feels very sturdy and definitely grabs dry dirt until I am ready to shake it loose. I can effectively dust at least half the house without shaking the mop.
