Replacement works perfectly. Very happy with the product. *by R***M on Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2015* I ordered this for my father who has been looking for a game camera for some time. He was extremely happy when he saw it but that quickly changed when we were unable to get the camera to recognize a sd card (we tried 5 different cards and nothing worked). I contacted Covert by phone and email the next day but I never heard back from anyone. My father called tried other sd cards and nothing worked so eventually he called Covert but he was told to get a specific sd card that the rep said would work with the product. Why they do not denote this on the box, on their website, or anywhere on the Amazon page is beyond me. In any case, my father bought the sd card but that also did not work. He called Covert back again and was finally able to get them to issue a new camera to him. Thankfully that one arrived in perfect working condition and has done a very admirably job. My father really likes the camera and it has stood up to all the weather conditions we dealt with over the winter.
