I haven't actually needed it on the job just yet, but I'm sure I will find a need for it soon. And for that price, it pays to have at least spare one of these in your bag. I did try it when I first received it and it works fine. Nice and lightweight too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great accessory for attaching magic arms and the like, just a little tight though *by P***. on July 2, 2015* This little bracket does the job well. It's solid, slides nicely on my rails, and the ratcheting thumb screw feels like quality construction.There's only one reason I didn't give it five stars, and that's that the distance between the two rail slides is a tad bit wider than spec, about a millimeter long. I can fit it on my rig just fine, but if I try to slide it up against any of my other components it binds. If you look closely at the first photo, you can see the slight misalignment between this Pangshi thread rod, and one of my rig components.Pros:Solid constructionRatcheting thumb screw3 1/4" threaded holes and 2 3/8" threaded holesCons:Rail holes aren't exactly the right distance apartWould I recommend this attachment? It makes know difference, it locks and it locks well. I am using a 7" monitor on it with batteries on the back and it doesn't budge.
