The hat xceeded my expectations. This is my first high quality straw western hat and wasn't sure about the whole purchase. The shipping was great, no damage what so ever. Measured my head at 6 7/8 and ordered a 7 because I don't like my hats too tight. The fit was dead on, nice and snug but not too tight. I had cheap straw summer hats but this hat is beautiful and so well made. I am so glad I bought one with the vents, they are functional but will definitely keep my head cooler. Considered this and another Stetson and I am very happy with my purchase. I'm sure a Stetson is a great hat too but I have no regrets getting this one.
