I have only been using the product for 24 hours, however it was easy to set up, and use. I find that after a few minutes, it disconnects, and the next time you use the remote, you have to hit any button on the controller a few times for it to reconnect. So when the TV is off, you can’t use it to turn it on. NOW we are at 48 hours and it has stopped working all together. If you pull the batteries, and put them back it will work for only a few moments and then it shuts down. Yes I have tried new batteries even though the first set was new.
