I got the two-sided print, and it's two pieces of material. They did a really nice job with the flag. I did have trouble receiving the package, but that was really a UPS / USPS issue, where UPS sub-contracts to USPS. USPS didn't deliver the item due to oddities with my address and how they handle things. Anyway, the flag was promptly delivered according to the estimates the seller provided. I would order a flag from them again if I had a need for a custom flag.
