I’ve been buying these for my husband for a couple of years now. Aside from the obvious benefits, he is someone that benefits from the extra calories made easy. I am constantly trying to keep his weight at what’s appropriate for his size. I suppose he’s one of the lucky ones with that aspect. However with health issues and age creeping up I have found these to be helpful because of the calories and for me, it’s almost giving him a glass of vitamins in drink form! He drinks two of these a day and doesn’t complain about the taste. You can easily turn this into a thick chocolate milkshake by adding a few ice cubes and a little heavy whipping cream.
