So many pieces! But everything was numbered and there were two little photos of the completed thing with the numbers as a guide. The vinyl feels very nice and durable. It is just as pictured and once installed it looks great with our pictures and the message is perfect.However, because it came inside a tub it was really hard to get rid of the curve form from the vinyl, and for a few days after installing we had to keep pressing our hands while walking by it to keep it stuck to the wall.
