A: It says Watertown, MA

**Q: where is it made**
A: in the bottom front right corner:  Invented, designed, assembled, tested & packaged in the USA.  I like it.  Not as fast as my doctor's one.  This one you start in the center of your forehead and slide it to the temple.  Works for me

**Q: Is this HSA eligible?**
A: Yes, just submit your receipt to you HSP (Health Spending account).  That's all I did and it was covered.
