When I look I the mirror from a side angle,I can’t believe what a difference it makes immediately!Easy to adjust, easy to put on, and it’s comfortable comes with an extra set of pads a choice of 2 sizes which ever works for you to make your self more comfortable while correcting your slouching — what more could you ask for!!!???
