I love it!!! I am a 48 year old overweight, way out of shape female!!! It took about an hour and a half to put it together by myself. The directions are very easy to follow. I feel safe on it. The peddles are large, the machine doesn't feel like it's going to tip over even peddling hard as you can. It has a calorie counter, distance meter, and timer. When you stop to rest the timer stops as well so you are only being timed while moving. It does make noise. Not enough to drown out a radio or tv and not an annoying noise. The noise reminds me of a bike I had as a kid. It is a lot of fun and definitely a great work out! Even though I am now sold on ellipticals I don't plan on upgrading.
