A little more expensive than some but it’s highly concentrated - use carefully. Others I’ve bought I use 1tbs early in my chilli with the meat, spice and onion and another 1tbs around 15 mins before the end of cooking it out. I didn’t need the second spoon and could easily have gotten away with less than the full first one (I’ll try teaspoon for each next time). The flavour itself is superior too - I find some taste a little chemical but not this one. It smells stronger than it actually tastes, not too overpowering. **Q: if I am brineing mackerel fillets, can this be added to the brine ? How much per litre ? Brilliant for steak, burgers & brisket with no oven. Would go for other flavours when using for pork or chicken. Only issue was despite the tamper proof seal, the cap was looser and we had a little leakage.
