I did spark plugs 2 months or more before and noticed power and milage increase. The Injen really made the difference. Caution: cruisin in a 40 MPH zone your car will want to do 50+ so concentrate on your speed or Smokey Bear may ticket you!!I had minor installation problems. I think I had to buy some hose short piece and maybe some Chrome screws just so it looked nice. overal it was not bad. instructions could be better, I ended up using my 40 years experience and schooling in automotive field more than installation sheet.I`ve had 1+ years noe and still loveks and performance. OH added Plus it is much easier working on the car without the old air cleaner case tting in the way. KEEP the old Air cleaner intake in case you sell the car. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Solid, small issues *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 14, 2016* Installation took a little longer than expected, though it's really not difficult. My MAF sensor's bolt holes didn't match up with the pipe provided, so only three screws were able to be tightened out of four (its tight enough though). Instructions were provided with black and white pictures, and are fairly clear, though a little exploring is needed. Just need a flat head screwdriver, phillips head, and a knife for splicing hoses.I will note though, be careful tightening the brackets closest to the throttle body and make sure they do not interfere with the throttle cable. Mine partially blocked the cable, and caused the throttle to be stuck open while driving. Easy to fix, just rotate the bracket around so its not blocking.Don't know the affects yet in terms of MPG or horsepower yet, but it does sound more throaty under heavy acceleration. I don't see it being a huge gain though, as it's location is directly behind the battery (2001 Altima) and not in direct contact with outside air. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars DID NOT FIT, NOW I AM OUT OF 256 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING *by G***0 on Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2014* the tube could not be fited to the throttle body because the tube is not made right and is to big to fit beteewn the abs box and the throttle body see pic. HAHAHA NO OPTION TO ATTACH A PICTURE ??????????
