They are very attractive and perform well. I forgot to spray with oil, but my mini frittata didn’t stick at all. The baking was even, and the bowl cleaned up quite easily. The bowl diameter is perfect for cleaning with the Sponge Daddy sponges, which I use regularly. It is a good size for something like quiche or frittata for one.
