Immediately returned it for refund, but lost a large portion of my purchase price in return shipping and restocking fees. Suspect that charging a restocking fee is likely a better source of revenue for this vendor than actual sales of this unit! But then the clamps didn't match up. It still worked and I'm still using it, but the problem is that when you're not using it, you need to push the clamps all the way in to keep it from rattling and now I can't, so when the phone is not in it, it will sometimes rattle.
