My panels look brand new (over a year old) and I made short work of a tedious job. I highly recommend this tool for its ease of use. The extendable handle is perfect and works flawlessly. You should get one. You will be satisfied.

Not the right tool for me I can see how this might be very useful if you were on your own home. I gave it four stars because the inside of my windows are sparkling clean. unfortunately I live on the third floor of a four-story so after 2 1/2 hours of aggravation and torture I gave up. there has got to be something I can use to clean the outside windows this is not it
