Received it a few days ago. 1st impression was that it was flimsy and not much to it， but I must say that it does work. It brings your shoulders back and improves your posture. I have it on as I type this and instead of hunching over I have my shoulders back. I tried it under a shirt and it seemed to work fine. When I take it off I find myself remembering the position of my shoulders so it helps in that regard. Kind of muscle memory. However， that did not seem to work. I have tried a smart device that sticks to your back and connects to your phone and that did work quite well but the battery does not last for a full day. I have been trying this corrector for a week and so far this seems to be a happy medium. It reminds you when you slouch as it "pulls" and keep me in a better position. I cannot wear it the full day as i get tired but i image after a few weeks my muscle will learn this new position and it will become more comfortable.
