He had all the patience in the world for me and within minutes I was completely set up and ready to go. This is how you keep customers. As for the build quality, I have had no issues, this thing is an absolute brick of a unit, and even though you can hear the fan in this thing going sometimes, it's not bothersome in the slightest. ### ⭐⭐ Would get 5 stars but its no longer supported by manufacturer... Set it up as RAID 1 in about 5 seconds- partitioned to generate a share drive for a linux/windows dual boot environment and have been running it hard in terms of read write. Performs perfectly and is solid build quality. Note that mine came with the USB 3.0 cable in the box but manual did not state that was included so I had purchased another.
