Not my cup of tea for benching, I prefer a stock rectangle but great for shoulder work. Heavy and stout, still easy to move around. Works well enough, well built.It does seem to slide more on the floor than I would like and I wish the thigh was straight at the end so it would make it easier for me to do leg curls or extensions while sitting.Assembly instructions were missing a few steps. Almost felt like I was missing a page. The functional trainer had excellent assembly instructions, so, this surprised me. This bench however, isn't too hard to figure out how to assemble anyways, so wasn't a huge deal.I wish somehow it was more integrated into the hft since it was built to go with that machine. For example, I would have appreciated it if I could have arrested its movement with some mechanism. Like if I'm doing pulling exercises facing the bench, the bench moves in if I do more than 50 lbs or so. I was sort of expecting some way to lock the bench into the functional trainer.Lastly, there were two sandpaper-y stickers that came with the machine. I still have no idea what they are for or where they are supposed to be used on the machine.Overall - not ecstatic with this bench like I was with the functional trainer, but not unhappy either.
