The handle bridge kit raises the height of the handle less than a inch higher than what it normally is giving an advantage in leverage when pushing the block through the saw reducing how much the user must reach when finishing the cutWhile I do like it and will use it ,weather or not is necessary will be dependent on the user preferenceFor a taller person (6ft +) I’d say don’t bother as they probably will see no need but for a shorter person the added height on the handle could prove helpful is maintaining safe control through the cut ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a great shop safety product *by D***0 on August 19, 2020* The gripper is a great device for keeping your hand away from the blade while making rip cuts on a table saw.
