The first time I added water to the powder and you can use a little more water than stated. All I can say is have everyone ready quick because it sets up fast. You can mix it to be like yogurt. Stir fast. My momma and I did our hands and it did great. Don't stick your hands all the way in the bucket either. And leave enough to create a good base around your wrists. **Q: How much water to add to how much powder to do baby hand?** A: A baby hand is about three inches. I'd start at 3 tablespoons which is about 45 grams. Mixing is supposed to be 15 mils for every 7 grams. A tablespoon of water is about 15 mils. So six tablespoons of water for three tablespoons of powder. Adjust for size of hand. Be fast. They are not being facetious about the curing time.
