The bowl, inserts, and utensils are very solid, and I can't wait to use them. The utensils can hang on the bowl rim both on the inside or outside with the lid on. While being able to put ice under the disk insert is a nice idea, I can never see myself doing that for a salad. It is great to have a place for fruit to drain with the divider insert, however. Whether it's tomatoes and olives for taco night, or a bowl of four different fruits, I can see myself using this bowl set often for more than just salad.
