Charges fine, the light can be set to a bright white, a yellow-ish white, and a pale orange. All of them look nice and they light up well, works especially well in a dark background. It won't turn on when plugged into my laptop via the USB cable either. It's just dead. The included instruction sheet says there's a 1-year warranty, but no return address or phone number, so essentially no warranty. Amazon's return window is long gone.
