**Q: it never turned.  Did not turn no matter where I placed it. how can I do for**
A: First I would make sure the globe is not in any area where there maybe metals or other magnets.  Second, place a paperclip on the top of the globe and allow to sit for a day or two. This should restart the globes rotations. If you need further assistance, please contact us at 877-548-3387.
