Perfect it does what it says my Hp with up and so did my torque my e46 Is driving way better my engine got even more quiet. The engine/ exhaust also sounds way more better and more meaner.

Excellent! Filter is great quality... didn't need the aluminum pipe... but came with aluminum straps and hooks that made a stabilizer modification a snap! Very Happy! Can feel it breath now.
