The trick to them is that you have to drain the water and cook the miracle rice or your miracle noodle with the rest of your food so if you're making a sauce you have to put it in there and cook it with the sauce if you're cooking chicken you need to put it in there with the chicken so it can absorb all the flavor it has a great texture just a really good product ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You must prepare it properly *by G***D on January 22, 2025* This is an excellent product. There are clear directions with respect to rinsing it and preparing it. I used it in my recipe for Turkish stuffed eggplants and stuffed green peppers as a rice replacement. It's important (after rinsing) to place it in a skillet to cook the moisture out - it only took about five minutes- you could see each grain get drier and separate. I added it to my onions, garlic, spices and diced vegetables and stuffed both eggplant and green peppers. It gave the bulkiness and satisfaction of rice- The one star reviews mostly complained about the amount of product in a package- yes it looks small but after preparing and using it in a recipe it was plenty for my husband and I. To me it was worth the price. The important thing is to make sure there are plenty of spices added as the product all by itself is bland. ### ⭐ Had a strange reaction *by L***C on October 23, 2024* I bought this for my husband who is doing keto and thought it might be good. It isn’t. Tastes like nothing you would want to eat. Then, when I tried some myself, I think I might have an allergic reaction, because my esophagus felt like it was swollen. I felt that the rice was stuck and drank lots of water to try and clear it, but the feeling lasted hours. I had an upset stomach, too, and I only had two bites!
