I've been dealing with complications from a back injury for over 10 years and in all that time, I have been searching for a way to safely exercise my muscles without aggravating my condition. After trying everything from Yoga to Tai Chi and Chi Gung systems, I think I've finally found it. The Bodyblade is so well designed, it's pretty much the safest exercise tool I've ever seen.
