An excellent product: the ice cubes are large and melt very slowly, so a less watery gin! Just be aware that they do take overnight to freeze - but worth it.

Seems a little pricey for two ice cube trays / silicone moulds but they do seem good quality and are a great size for chunky ice or for food moulds, freezing home made stock etc and I like how they are strips instead of big squares as this makes them much easier to slot into a space in a busy freezer.

I needed to find a small icecube tray, to use in a mini-fridge with a tiny freezer compartment. These trays are perfect.The lid/top allows you to fill the trays and carry them to your freezer without having to worry about spilling, and similarly prevents spills in the freezer. The sillicone material makes getting the ice cubes out incredibly easy, and I've not had any trouble doing so at all.The only thing to note is that the cubes themselves are a lot larger than you might expect. One of them is more than enough for an average cup, and most of the times I've used them, I've had at least half of it left long after I finished my drink.
