Would be better if they used acme threads on the forcing screw instead of regular fine cut threading. The tool does come with the tip protector, very conveniently nowhere in the description do they tell you that…I bought this tool hoping to use it on a specific application but the jaw thickness was too much so its probably getting returned but the design it solid and I have the smaller ones already and use them frequently. Would be nice if they actually were clear as to where its made. The Posi Lock puller with the external cage is GREATNESS. The external cage follows the contour of the puller pawls smoothly regardless of the diameter being worked. Excellent working reach.
