I typically skip directions, but after spilling some water and not getting the results I read the instructions and realized I was doing it wrong (lol). After I set it all up properly it worked perfect. I just wish I was able to purchase more grippers for the brushes because I noticed if my makeup brushes had a silicone tip it was easier to put on/take off the collar (that connects to the wand) without that silicone tip it has been a hassle to swap out brushes.
